As Store Operations Lead you own the rhythm of a flagship store, from fresh deliveries at dawn to the last checkout at night. You will coach a diverse team, keep shelves abundant, and make sure every shopper leaves happier than they arrived.
You partner closely with local producers, logistics, and our technology team to keep quality high and waste low — turning everyday shopping into something people genuinely look forward to.
